Die Blindenklingel macht Rabatz,
Und wer sie hört, der macht mir Platz.
selbst die Fahrradfahrer bleiben steh‘n,
ich kann entspannt über die Straße geh’n,
Und ich stoße an keinen Menschen dran.

Das ist der Sound of Blindenstockklingel!
Das ist der Sound of Blindenstockklingel!
Die Blindenklingel ist genial,
denn so hat jeder freie Wahl,
wenn jemand sorglos gegen mich nun kracht,
und er erst im Krankenhaus erwacht,
dann wird ihm sicher eines klar,
dass da jemand war.
Und das war ich,
mit der Blindenstockklingel!

Und geht die Klingel mal entzwei,
dann hör ich nicht mehr sorgenfrei.
Es fehlt jetzt der gewohnte Klingelrabatz,
und deshalb macht auf einmal keiner mehr Platz.
Und es rempeln mich wieder viele an
Echt Mannomann.
Es fehlt der Sound….. of Blindenstockklingel.

Sound of Blind Cane beller
The white cane bell makes a ruckus,
And those who hear it give me space.
Even the cyclists stop in their tracks,
Jochen can then cross the street, relaxed.
And he don’t bump into any people,
Is that not cool?

If someone carelessly bumps into me,
And they then end up in casualty,

Because of all the other time
And if the bell is cut in two,
Then I do not know what to do.
The normal ruckus of the bell is gone
Suddenly I can’t get through the throng.
And many shove me- ever- further -on
Something is gone.
